Wheresoever you go...

Happy Tuesday to all of you and hope that you had a wonderful weekend
and maybe had the chance to get something crafty done too.  Today i am
sharing a gate card that i did with a new die from Spellbinders and one
of my favorite stamps called Wheresoever you go.

This card was a little trickier to do because i had to make sure that
all of it lined up in the front and the inside sat just perfectly too. The 3 pieces
in the die set (S6-016 Heirloom Rectangle) made it easy to cut and overlap them to create this window in the card and to stamp and emboss the image for the inside of it.

I folded the card and then laid the die on the 2 fronts and cut out
the center piece.  Then i used that same piece with the outside edge
and cut the rose paper to create a layer underneath the lacy border.
And then i cut it in half and adhered it to the card with 3D foam dots.

The sentiment i stamped on the inside piece with Tsukineko versafine ink
in vintage sepia and added just a touch of ink around the edges with chalk ink.

The papers are from Pion from Sweden and i adore the soft pastels and pretty prints
they have and it goes perfect with all my Quietfire stamps.  I hope you like it and
be sure and leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Have a wonderful day....Teresa

This is totally amazing & stunning! I am normally not a pastel kind of gal, but I LOVE Pion designer paper. This card sets off the pastel colors so perfectly. Since we have a big anniversary in our family in the near future, i just may have to purchase this die set & CASE your design! Lol! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful card.
