Celebrate the 4th!

Good morning!  Sherry here with you today and I have (“gasp”) a clean and simple card using Quietfire Digital Cutting Files to share.   Here in the States, today is our Independence Day Celebration, and this little card will be used as part of the decorations on the food table at our family gathering.

CelebrateThe4thAngle

The card base was cut with my Silhouette Cameo and Quietfire Star Spray Card cutting file.  While the file was cutting, I was busy working on a piece for the inside to shine through the stars.

CelebrateThe4thAlcoholInk

Ranger Alcohol Inks in Red Pepper and Sailboat Blue were applied to a piece of transparency film.

CelebrateThe4thInside

When dry, the transparency was added to the inside of the card.

CelebrateThe4thCloseUP

I love how the red and blue highlight the star spray.

The sentiment “Celebrate” was cut from blue using the Quietfire Digital Cutting File Celebrate and simply placed on the bottom of the card.

Thanks for stopping by today and if you are celebrating today, enjoy!
