Thinking of You Shabby Chic style...

Hi Everyone it's Teresa again sharing a new
Shabby Chic styled card I made with the
Gentle Thoughts Thinking of You stamp set # 6365

To start creating the card I first stamped the sentiment
with Vintage Sepia Versafine Ink and embossed
it with detail clear embossing powder on a Spellbinders
Standard Circles Large and added tiny white pearls.
Under that I Cut/Embossed a Picot Edge Circle in white
and layered that over Decorative Labels Twenty-Two in white again.
Mixing old and new dies is really fun and it's a perfect chance
to get all those dies out and use them again and again.

I love to sew and wanted to get my machine out and
start using it on my projects more so I roughed up the edges
with a distressing tool and sewed around the edges of the
back round and the banner and added in some pretty lace.

The peach flowers I created out of matching paper
with Spellbinders Bitty Blossom die set and inked them
up just a little with peachy/pink ink to match better.
The stamp really goes beautiful on this card don't you think?

Here are a few other supplies that you will need to make the card.
MyMindsEye- Miss Caroline 6x6 paper pad
Crafty Sparkles ink chunky clear, adhesive, glue dots,
scissors, paper trimmer, peach thread, sewing machine
and tiny white pearls.
